One on One Coaching

We provide one on one coaching that focuses on person center goals. Which means each coaching is personalized depending on what the client wants and needs to focus on to make them feel productive.

Group Coaching

Our group Therapy Coaching is an intimate group of people who all are survivors of childhood abuse that are striving to reclaim their life back. We use ZOOM technology so people can share without the fear of COVID and still feel secure in their own home.

Seminar

Our seminar program is for people who just need focused topics on a specific issue that they are working on in their lives. Our seminars have topics like: Dysfunctional Families and the Holidays, Toxic Relationship, Cycle of Abuse, etc. We keep adding new seminars as needed.
